These Platform Terms of Service govern the day-to-day use of Raydian Cloud by your teams. They cover access, permitted use, and responsibilities tied to operating on our platform.

Platform Access and Accounts

Platform access is granted to your organization and its authorized users. Credentials are personal to each user and must be kept confidential.

Administrators you appoint control provisioning, role assignments, and configuration choices. You are responsible for user activity that occurs under your accounts.

Data Ownership and License

You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the platform. You grant Raydian Cloud a limited license to process that data solely to provide, secure, and improve the services.

You are responsible for securing all rights and consents needed to store and process data within the platform.

Integrations and Third-Party Services

The platform may connect with third-party services or data sources. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for how third-party providers handle your data. Disable integrations you no longer wish to use and revoke credentials where applicable.

Availability, Releases, and Beta Features

We maintain and update the platform regularly to improve performance and security. Planned maintenance that may affect availability will be communicated in advance when possible.

From time to time we may offer beta or preview features. Such features are provided as-is and may change or be withdrawn at our discretion.

Compliance and Indemnity

You will use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and export control requirements.

If your misuse of the platform results in claims against Raydian Cloud, you agree to defend and indemnify us for resulting losses to the extent permitted by law.
