Our Enterprise Terms of Service govern how Raydian Cloud delivers and supports enterprise subscriptions. They work together with the specific commercial terms in your order form.

Scope of Services

These Enterprise Terms of Service apply to Raydian Cloud subscriptions and professional services described in your order form or statement of work.

We will provide the features, onboarding, and enablement tasks outlined in the applicable documents, along with reasonable assistance to help your teams adopt the platform.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for configuring the service to align with your internal policies, supplying accurate contact and billing information, and appointing administrators to manage user access.

You will ensure that any data you provide or upload is collected lawfully and that you have the right to use it with Raydian Cloud.

Support and Availability

We target high availability for enterprise deployments and provide support through the channels listed in your order form. Scheduled maintenance windows may be used for upgrades or security updates.

If we introduce new features, we will communicate material changes in advance when practical and provide guidance to help your teams adopt them.

Fees and Payment

Fees are defined in the applicable order form. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.

We may suspend access for accounts that remain unpaid after notice. Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility and will be added as required by law.

Term, Suspension, and Termination

The term of service matches the period stated on your order form. Either party may terminate for material breach if the breach is not cured within a reasonable notice period.

Upon termination or expiration, you may request a copy of your data and we will delete or return customer data in accordance with our data handling commitments.
