This Data Processing Statement describes how Raydian Cloud processes personal data on behalf of customers, consistent with data protection regulations.
Roles and Instructions
For customer data that includes personal data, you act as the data controller and Raydian Cloud acts as your data processor (or service provider) under applicable data protection laws.
We process personal data only on your documented instructions, including those contained in the applicable agreement and your configuration of the platform.
Subject Matter and Purpose
Processing is limited to delivering, securing, and improving the services you subscribe to. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated advertising.
You will ensure that the personal data supplied to the platform has been collected lawfully and that data subjects have received appropriate notices.
Subprocessors
We engage subprocessors to support hosting, analytics, and customer support. Each subprocessor is bound by written agreements requiring security, confidentiality, and data protection obligations consistent with ours.
Upon request, we can share information about current subprocessors and will notify customers before adding new ones where required.
Data Subject Requests and Cooperation
We will assist you in responding to data subject requests, regulatory inquiries, and audits related to the services, to the extent reasonably possible.
If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay and coordinate on response steps.
International Transfers, Retention, and Deletion
If personal data is transferred across borders, we will use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms recognized by applicable law.
Customer data is retained for the duration of your subscription unless otherwise required. Following termination, we will delete or return personal data according to our agreement and applicable law.
