This Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules for how Raydian Cloud may be used. It applies to all users who access the platform under your account.

Responsible Use

Use Raydian Cloud only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your organization’s policies. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone who accesses the platform under your account follows this Acceptable Use Policy.

Prohibited Content and Activities

Do not upload or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, or discriminatory. Do not distribute malware, spam, or content intended to deceive or harm others.

Do not attempt to overload, disrupt, or degrade the platform or the systems of others. Automated scraping, probing, or testing without permission is prohibited.

Security and Integrity

Do not attempt to bypass security or access areas of the service you are not authorized to use. Vulnerability testing should only be performed with prior written approval.

Protect any keys, tokens, or credentials associated with your account and rotate or revoke them if compromise is suspected.

Account and Access Management

Ensure users are assigned appropriate roles and promptly remove access for individuals who no longer require it. Shared credentials are discouraged and may violate your agreement.

You are responsible for the actions of users and third parties who gain access through you, whether authorized or not.

Enforcement and Reporting

We may suspend or limit access if we believe this policy has been violated or if necessary to protect the platform or others. We aim to notify administrators when action is taken.

Report abuse, suspected security issues, or violations to us through the support or contact channels on our site.
